"I know when it comes to reverse mortgages, we have all heard or seen the commercials that make the process seem so easy and the truth is it can be easy if you have the right person leading your team to complete your application. I had started out with a big named reverse mortgage company on behalf of my auntie they did not explain any of the processes to us or would add in more steps in order to complete the loan, only to find out weeks later another step was needed and continued this process for almost 5 months. After the self realization that this big named company was never going to complete this loan,I googled key words “reverse mortgages and Austin Texas” and after several phones calls… Robb answered. I explained my experience  to Robb  and he jumped in to action, not only educating me on what the previous company did not tell me, but was able to complete my aunties reverse mortgage in less than 30 days from start to finish. Robb not only knows what he is doing when it comes to reverse mortgages (We had a manufactured home) but also has a level of professionalism that we definitely did not receive from the only company and bonus, he  is also so very kind and caring to his clients as this process can be daunting. Hamilton, I was “helped” by other Reverse Mortgage Companies, but have to understand being from the finance world, it is a different “ballgame”. by that I mean you have to make decisions based on understanding figures.
